Adalbert Waffling is a wizard and author who wrote the book Magical Theory.
Biography[]
Adalbert was a notable scholar who was contacted by a student of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Albus Dumbledore in the 1890s. They wrote to each other during that time about their thoughts on magical theory.[1]
He eventually published a book called Magical Theory. It was a set book every student of Hogwarts had to bring to school, starting in their first-year of education.[2] He published another book on the Fundamental Laws of Magic too.[1]
