Education[]
Early years[]
Alicia began attending Hogwarts School in September 1989. In her second-year, she joined the House Quidditch team in the role of reserve Chaser. In her third-year, Oliver Wood put her in the main team and Lee Jordan commented that he thought she was a good find.[1]
Third year[]
Alicia was joined in the team by first-year, Harry Potter. In their first game together, she worked well with the other two Chasers, Angelina Johnson and Katie Bell and helped Angelina open the scoring. Then when Harry was fouled, she took the free shot they gained, scoring the second goal of the game. Harry then lost control of a jinxed broom and she and the team watched. Harry later won the game.[1]
Fourth year[]
In her fourth-year, Alicia was woken up early by Oliver the first Saturday. Harry saw her nodding back to sleep against the wall. He told everyone about the new training programme he had put together, but Fred Weasley fell to sleep on her shoulder. Later, she would have saw the Slytherins taking the pitch and boasting about their new Nimbus 2001s.[3]
In the first game of the year, Fred and George saw that Harry was being chased by a rogue Bludger, and neglected defending the Chasers. During a break, Harry asked Fred and George to stop because he needed space to find the Golden Snitch. Alicia thought that it was crazy to let Harry go undefended because he could get hurt, and suggested they ask for an investigation instead but Harry thought they would have to forfeit.[4]
Oliver eventually let Harry have what he wanted, and he won the game by catching the Golden Snitch, but at the price of a broken elbow. Alicia and the team later saw Harry in the Hospital Wing and bought cakes to eat round Harry's bed, but Madam Pomfrey told them they had to go.[4]
