Early years[]

In her third-year, Angelina joined the House Quidditch team in the role of Chaser. In the first game of her third year, Harry Potter joined the team and she opened the scoring, gaining ten points to their team and dodging Bludger]s. Lee Jordan commentated that she was good at flying and that he thought she was good-looking, but was shouted at by Professor McGonagall.[2]

Prior to their games during Oliver Wood's time being Captain, she would point out that the team had female players whenever he said "men" and "lads" during pep-talks.[2]

In her fourth-year, Angelina was woken up early by Oliver the first Saturday of the year to tell everyone about the new training programme he had put together. Harry saw her yawning by Katie Bell. Angelina would have later saw the Slytherin team taking the pitch and boasting of their new Nimbus 2001s.[3] In the first game against Slytherin, Fred and George saw that Harry was being chased by a rogue Bludger, and were not there to defend Angelina when she was about to score and another Bludger blocked her. Angelina and the team later saw Harry in the Hospital Wing when he broke an elbow getting the Golden Snitch and bought cakes to eat round Harry's bed, but Madam Pomfrey told them they had to go.[4]
