Angus Fleet is a character in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. He is a Muggle who liveds in a place called Pebbles. He phoned the police when he saw Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley flying in a Ford Anglia. It was reported in the newspapers.[1]
