Comet 140 is the first racing broomstick produced by the Comet Trading Company.
About[]
Comet 140 had the Horton-Keitch braking charm applied to it, which made it less likely for Quidditch players to overshoot goals or fly offside.[1]
History[]
Randolph Keitch and Basil Horton released the Comet 140 after testing 140 models and establishing the Comet Trading Company. The broom turned out to be very popular with Quidditch teams throughout Britain and Ireland and put the company in an intense competition with the Cleansweep Broom Company.[1]
