Curses and Counter-Curses (Bewitch your Friends and Befuddle your Enemies with the Latest Revenges: Hair Loss, Jelly-Legs, Tongue-Tying and much, much more) is a book by Professor Vindictus Viridian about curses and jinxes.[1]
In July 1991, Harry Potter saw the book for sale in Flourish and Blotts. He wanted to buy it so he could curse Dudley Dursley. Rubeus Hagrid had to stop him and warned Harry that he couldn't magic outside of school unless he was in danger.[1]
