The Dark Force Defence League is an organisation against the Dark Arts in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Gilderoy Lockhart was an Honorary Member of the League for having defeated many Dark creatures. He was later found to be a fraud but it is unknown whether the League were told and took the membership away.[1]
