Ferula was a healing spell which spun bandages to wrap around a wound, splinted any broken bones and eased pain.[1]
In June 1994, Professor Lupin bandaged and splinted Ron Weasley's broken leg using the spell. Ron was able to put weight on the broken leg and didn't wince, telling Lupin it felt better.[1]
