Hetty Bayliss is a character in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
Hetty was a Muggle who saw Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley driving their flying Ford Anglia. Hetty lived in Norfolk and was hanging her clothes up on the line when she saw the car. It was reported in newspapers.[1]
