Leonard Jewkes is a wizard and character in Quidditch Through the Ages.
Biography[]
In the early twentieth century, Leonard produced the Silver Arrow which is considered a true frontrunner of the racing broom. The broomstick surpassed previous ones but Leonard could not keep up with demand which far outstripped supply.[1]
