Roddy Pontner is a wizard and character in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Biography[]
Roddy attended the 422nd Quidditch World Cup where he made a bet with Ludo Bagman. He was given nice odds on Bulgaria scoring first. Ludo told Arthur Weasley that gave good odds because he thought that it was more likely Ireland would score first.[1]
