This character is a Muggle and the father of Seamus Finnigan. He appears in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

Biography[]

This character had no idea he had married a witch until she told him after their wedding. It was a great shock for him but they stayed together and had at least one child, Seamus Finnigan.[1]
