The Burrow is the third chapter of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
Events[]
Ron, Fred and George help Harry and Hedwig escape Privet Drive in a flying Ford Anglia. They break the bars on the window and collect Harry's possessions, including the things Vernon locked in the Cupboard under the Stairs. Vernon nearly catches Harry but he manages to escape.
En route to their house, Harry tells them about Dobby and they agree he probably works for the Malfoy family who are sending Dobby to Harry for a laugh. Fred tells Harry how Lucius used to work for Voldemort and told everybody he was forced into it to avoid getting punished. They get to The Burrow and Molly Weasley shouts at Ron, Fred and George for taking the car.
They have some food and Molly sends the three out to de-gnome the garden. Harry volunteers to help and at lunch, he is introduced to Arthur Weasley who is fascinated by the Muggle world. He has spent the evening conducting raids in search of Dark artefacts. He is shouted at by Molly for enchanting a car. Harry meets Ginny Weasley who is very shy and keeps hiding because she fancies Harry.
