The Keeper of the Keys was the fourth chapter of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. The chapter named for Rubeus Hagrid who was Keeper of Keys and Grounds at Hogwarts School.
Events[]
Rubeus Hagrid tells Harry the truth about magic and the deaths of James and Lily Potter. Harry finally opens one of the letters he was sent, and finds out he was accepted to begin education at Hogwarts School in September.
Hagrid was very angry to find out that Vernon and Petunia never told Harry the truth, and when they were arguing, Dudley ate Harry's food. Hagrid then, with magic, gave Dudley a pig's tail. He then tells Harry they will be shopping in the morning for supplies for school.
