The Werewolf Support Services is a part of the Being Division in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures at the British Ministry of Magic. It first appears in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

Werewolves are considered a being in their human form and a beast once they have transformed. The Werewolf Support Services is in the Being Division and is available for werewolves in their untransformed state. Likewise, the Werewolf Capture Unit in the Beast Division is used for issues involving a transformed werewolf instead. However, no werewolf has ever used the Werewolf Support Services because they do not wish to reveal their identity due to the stigma surrounding werewolves.[1]
