Madam Z. Nettles is a character in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. She is a witch who lives in Topsham.
At one point, she took a Kwikspell course because she had trouble remembering incantations and creating potions. Because she found it very helpful, she wrote a review for Kwikspell's leaflet about how she was a family joke for years, but since taking the course, she is the centre of the party and everyone begs for her recipe to her Scintillation Solution.[1]
